Her work uses dreamlike symbolism, and can be described as figurative yet surreal in nature. Dina wanted to be a fashion illustrator in her youth but gave it up for other pursuits. She started making art again about 7 years ago. Her work merges her fashion illustration education with surrealism, symbolism, and her imagination, often inspired by poetry, song lyrics, or the words inside her head and her heart, both dark and light. She has shown her work at Conartist Gallery, The Living Gallery, Gambaforest, Bushwick Open Studios, The Knockdown center, the Glove, bel-ans studios, Pratt Galleries, Catland Books, Hekate Cafe, Frost Gallery, @188 Allen Street, Solas Studio, Superchief NFT Gallery and more. You can find her work on Instagram @dina.inks
