Teague Clements
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Teague Clements is an experimental multidisciplinary Art Maker who enjoys documenting and exploring with film - 35mm, 110mm, 120mm, instant film, using lo-fi, vintage and ‘toy’ cameras - and utilizing techniques as emulsion lifts, multiple exposures and film souping to create what he refers to as “Mondo eye-candy,” which he describes as “yummy images for the eyes.”
His subject matter touches on Night Life, Kink/NYC subculture, portraits, and street photography. He has participated in just a handful of New York City group Art shows over the years as a result of the appreciation of his experimental black & white and Night Life photographs.
His Subculture photos have been seen in such noted magazines as Skin Two and Extreme Fetish. And his lo-fi and black & white work have been featured on the Lomography website and Domino Film Mag Instagram page.
